QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management related fields,
• +5 years of experience in Cost accounting or Controlling in a manufacturing company
• Advanced command of verbal and written English,
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Knowledge of and experience with US GAAP would be an asset,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• SAP knowledge will be an asset,
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, reporting, and analyzing skills
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Cost and Compliance oriented
• A business acumen
• Ability to manage multiple priorities through strong organizational skills, implement new and improve current processes

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Finance Director and will be responsible for;

• to collaborate with a variety of departments including manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and sales, to develop cost estimations and analysis
• Monitoring costs after significant changes in products or processes
• Following up the business performance by preparing management reports, variance analysis by comparing the budget and actuals, monitoring cost drivers.
• Providing financial /scenario analysis, COGS analysis
• Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs
• Suggesting cost-reducing or profitable solutions
• Preparing detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc
• Estimating product costs for existing and new products
• Preparing monthly reporting summary for the management team, expediting ad-hoc reports for decision-makers
• Responsible for preparation of budget and rolling forecast
• Preparing month end reporting package with a timely and accurate manner according to the group standards
