• Graduated from related departments of universities,

• Fluent in English and Russian

• Experienced in Import processes,

• Experienced or willing to learn about invoicing, packing list, logistics documentation and customs procedures,

• Knowledge of Microsoft office programs,

• Experienced in operational business execution,

• Result oriented with problem solving ability

• Inclined to teamwork and solution-oriented,

• Able to adapt to intense working tempo and flexible working hours when necessary

• Will support sales activities,

• Able to carry out reporting, filing and documentation works,

• Careful, attentive and systematic working,

• High communication skills, strong coordination ability, open to innovations and learning

• Istanbul Anatolian Side – living close to Ataşehir,

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keeping in contact with suppliers
• Registering and controlling all data in the process to Logo Tiger Program
• To follow up invoices,
• Checking the packing lists,
• Carrying out customs and logistics procedures,
• Managing the process in communication with the sales team
• To manage and follow up the operations realized within the scope of responsibility and to support field sales activities,
• Entering the purchase orders into the system and sending to the supplier,
• Following the delivery performance of the orders and ensuring their arrival on time,
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating daily full and partial import loads to Turkey,
• Defining material cards that are not found in the system according to the procedure,
• Organising operations for import loads, making customs clearance, and delivery of them to hubs and receivers,
• Providing order management and follow-up If there are changes about arrivals, make updates in the system and inform the sales division,
• Issuing shipping documents and supervising their shipment and tracking the movement of goods to make sure that the goods arrive in time
• Creating import files,
• Establishing coordination with the customs agent,
• Getting the prices from the shipping companies according to the way of loading of the orders and to provide the logistics according to the price approval,
• Updating regularly the import list on the system,
• Registering arrived materials to the system,
• Transferring the expense information of the files that import process is finished to accounting department.
