QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for aFacility Management Specialist’ who will be responsible of following all administrative processes in accordance with the general administrative policies of DB Schenker Arkas.

* To demand consumable material requirements of warehouse and to follow up the process.                                                                                                                                               

* To follow up the technical maintenance, repair, and installation etc. of warehouse and to provide fulfilment of needs.                                                                                        

* To follow the relevant processes in modifications or changes in a new project implementation and to perform status reports.                                                         

* To perform planning, organization and follow up activities (providing food, company bus, clothing, maintenance, transfer, vehicle maintenance, cargo, courier) in expected time and quality for all employees of DB Schenker Arkas.                                                        

* To control all expense invoices of administrative functions monthly and to submit to the local approval and to transmit them to related departments.

* To plan and coordinate the technical operation processes and to follow the process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (Faculty of Economics and Administrative Departments are preferred).

* Supplier Management Experience.

* Administrative Affairs & Procurement experience.                      

* Having command of logistic warehouse, technical issues.                                                  

* Good command of MS Office tools.

* Good knowledge of English language.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
