Operations Engineer (*)

We are looking for an 'Operations Engineer' for Engineering Department who will support and coordinate the operations with Engineering perspective. Candidates will work on solution designs (process flows, work instructions, capacity analysis and layout), system improvements and new/existing projects.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Analytical thinker, creative, capable of teamwork, strong communication skills, result – oriented
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word).
• Experience in PowerBI.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Experience in working in cross-functional and multicultural organizations.

Your Tasks

• Analyzing data / process flows to oversee process improvement initiatives through process changes.
• Preparing work instructions such as SOPs and process flow charts.
• Leading optimization projects for lean production and continuous improvement projects.
• Preparing solution design (process flows, work instructions, capacity analysis- manpower/machine and layout).
• Facilitating system integration/improvement projects (Shop Floor System).
• Leading new/existing projects, following-up processes and reporting.
• Making cost analysis, method, time studies and line balancing.
• Developing methods for increasing efficiency.
