* Takes part in designing & implementing talent management and succession planning processes

* Participates in learning strategy to build and manages talent advantage

* Evaluates & analyzes organizational change requests and suggestions

* Identifies organizational development needs and conducts respective lean and optimization workouts.

* To evaluate organizational change requests and manage decision process with the related parties

* Evaluates organizational change requests and manages decision process with the related parties

*Follows developments in the related sector, carries out process improvement workouts and develops new projects

* Creates new job descriptions and updates existing job descriptions and organization charts when necessary

Qualifications:

* Having at least 5 years of experience in related fields

* Excellent command of  both written & spoken English

* Very good knowledge of MS Office Programs

* Analytical thinker and adaptable for the new challenges in problem solving

* Excellent communication skills & the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization

* Experience in a matrix organization

* Experience in other functions of HR
