QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
University Degree in Electrical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering,
Advanced level of written and spoken English,
1-2 years of experience in field services especially at MV&LV distribution systems.
Strong interpersonel & communication skills,self motivated,able to work in a team.
Having a valid driving license.
No restriction for travelling.
Can work with flexible working hours.
Performing site works following scheduled/unscheduled service plan.
Deciding warranty cases according to warranty directives and preparing the warranty reports.
Delivering technical trainings to customers.
Providing technical support to Schneider Electric Sales team, partners and customers.
Providing technical support for technicians.
Understand the customer needs and take necessary actions to create appropriate solutions.
Understands and complies with the company and customer HSE policies and procedures.
Ensure effective communication with team members.
