We are looking for a Commercial Policy and Pricing Specialist!

You will be..

• Responsible from special price agreement (margin level, bfo updates),
• Manage commercial terms (discounts, rebates),
• Design, manage and implement commercial procedures,
• Organize contract management,
• Improve commercial policy processes,
• Manage and improve price list procedures,
• Responsible from pricing policy.

You will be perfect fit if you have..

• Bachelors’ degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Computer or related)
• Very good command of English language
• Experience in sales and/or marketing experience,
• Flexibility to meet time zone challenges, and work with global colleagues,
• Proven ability in collaborating in a highly matrixed organization,
• Ability to manage and drive multiple projects concurrently,
• Ability to influence sales leadership,
• Ability to lead through influence without having direct control,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with others having divergent perspectives and skillsets,
• Initiative and self-motivation,
• No restriction for travelling
• Ability to great teammate,
• Ability to make decisions within relative scope of role and in a timely basis.
