ORDER ENGINEER

- In this role you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of Modernization projects; considering project schedule, contractual milestones, T&C, scope of supply, site works and obtain customer acceptances successfully in industrial plants and facilities.

Proactively managing internal interfaces between engineering, supply chain, manufacturers and external interfaces with partners, sub-contractors and customers.

Being the interface between Suppliers and customer in execution faces

Coordinating site works with site supervisors and customer representatives according to the project schedule.

Supporting management team to establish and maintain relationships with required external and internal interfaces to ensure that customer requirements are understood and being achieved. Monitoring /managing financial and technical performance of the project to report and anticipate issues in advance.

Performing risk management to mitigate project risks.

Effective communication of technical deviations, improvements needed and general activities vertically and horizontally in the organization

Ensuring on time project delivery, within scope and budget as per the contract conditions. –

Qualifications - External

- Educational Requirements

- Bachelors of Engineering (Electrical, Electronics and related)

- Very good command of written and spoken English

- Knowledge of MS Office tools ( especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

- PMP certification is a plus - Experience of SAP, BFO is a plus

- Completed military service for male candidates.

- Technical Knowledge / Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management

- Having both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.

- Experience of Schneider products and solutions is a plus

- Knowledge of MV-LV modernization projects, erection and site management

- Knowledge of Electrical Distribution, primary and secondary systems

- Knowledge of Industrial Plants and facilities

- Knowledge of SAFETY procedures

- Experience on managing and reporting profit & loss analysis

- Behavioural and Technical Skills / Competencies

- Able to handle large quantity of projects simultaneously

- Able to coordinating customers, suppliers and sub-contractors in on-going process

- Strong knowledge in object oriented programming, analyze and design

- Integrated project objectives (HoM, KoM, Design & approvals, Schedule, costs, delivery and Acceptances)

- Serious approach to perform T&C supervision and Execution activities

- Good relationship and reporting skills

- Proactive, Detail oriented, strong in time management and organization

- Claim, Risk and Crisis management

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Well organized, result oriented, pro-active & a good team player
