We are looking for “Customer Management Representatives” for our two production plants in Bolu and Çerkezköy plant  with below qualifications;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Business Adm./ Economics or Equivalent departments.

• Preferably 2-3 years experienced in Customer Management, Capacity & Production Planning or Logistics. 

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel.

• Preferably experienced in SAP,

• Excellent command of English

• High competence in team work and communication

• Good at job tracking, analytical thinking and reporting. Highly motivated and result oriented personality.

• Willing to work on Customer management, Planning and Logistics

• No travel restrictions

• Located or will be relocated in Bolu

• No military obligation (for male candidates)

JOB DESCRIPTION  

• Entering firm and planned customer orders into the SAP system based on the predefined customer management criteria and agreed working conditions, informing production.
• Coordinating information flow between Warehouse Operation, Production and Sales departments.
• Supporting Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) process.
• Meeting all questions, problems, demands and needs of customers regarding order management. Communicating solutions or answers to customers.
• Planning and performing customer visits to both domestic and foreign customers.
• Site visits in various countries where SCHOTT has production sites for benchmark and best practices.
• Involve in international projects run by Corporate and/or local sites.
• Short term assignments to develop technical and competence based skills
• Supporting productivity increase by sharing planned future customers order information with production.
• Planning production in such a way that it will use the lowest cost transportation route, without additional shipping costs and additional customs overtime costs.
• Monitoring the conversion of forecast figures to real orders. Make production and order planning by evaluating future orders and forecasts in order to make early production when necessary in capacity planning.
• Continue to work in accordance with the directives of Customer Management Supervisor. Carrying out all activities within the responsibility in an effective and efficient manner in line with the company's policies and objectives.
