QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Material, Chemical, Industrial and Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in production process
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Expert in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools
• SAP knowledge is an asset
  
• Strong analytical skills
  
• Eager to develop personally and professionally
  
• No travel restriction domestic and abroad
  
• No military obligation for male candidates
  
• Must reside in Bolu
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute the production in terms of quality, quantity and schedule due to production plan
• Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly serigraphy reports
• Effective source management to sustain cost and scrap reduction
• Lead and/or participate in productivity and lean projects 
• Coordinate improvement projects with quality department
  
• Align production process with lean strategies
  
• Contribute in Kaizen, 5S, Productivity and Jishuken workshops
  
• Active role in new project executions
