SCHOTT Orim Turkey supplies processed flat glass to domestic and foreign Home Appliances sector at two sites in Çerkezköy and Bolu Turkey. 

We are looking for support within our Operation Team at our production site in Çerkezköy as Operation Engineer.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industry or Electrical-Electronic Engineering
• Fluent in English
• Newly graduated or with limited experience 
• Willing to develop personally and professionally
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting to Operation Director
• Creating/updating/publishing the 5S audit plan
• Creating/updating/publishing the Standard Work plan
• Preparing Standard Work for crucial operations according to Standard Work plan
• Arranging regular team meetings and create/publish meeting notes
• Participates in personal and professional development trainings determined by the relevant manager or mentor
• To open the audit reports about LPA Process Assessment to the responsible units via the QDMS action module
• To participate in personal and professional development trainings determined by the relevant manager or mentor
  
• To carry out the actions that are under his / her responsibility in Shop Floor Meetings
• To prepare documents such as instructions / procedures / forms under his / her responsibility
• To contribute to process improvement studies
• To provide the necessary support for the achievement of Management Systems policies, goals and objectives
