QUALIFICATIONS

·         Minimum 2 years experience working  in a Tourism agencya plus.

·         Knowledge of MS Office applications.

        .       Guest satisfaction oriented and able to solve problems with a pro-active                               approach.

·         Having no military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Preparing the tour proposals based on requests received.

·         Collecting the necessary tours costs from suppliers and venues.

·         Costing and budgeting the tour proposals.

·         Presenting the tour proposals to clients and advisors.

·         Ability to have zoom meetings with clients and advisors to firm up bookings.

·         Making and following the necessary reservations with hotels, restaurants,              flights, etc.

·         Prepare the tour files and share all details with the operations team.

·         Communicate with the guests during their tour in country to increase guest            satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate:

Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in tourism in Turkey

Military Status: Completed, Exempt, Delayed

Level of education: Associate Degree (Graduate), Bachelor’s (Graduate)a plus

University : Graduate
