Bachelor’s degree in Medical or Chemical engineering departments.
Advanced level of mathematical and statistical skills. Sound knowledge of probability.
4 years of experience in medical and chemistry products purchasing area.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Good level of proficiency and systems experience with ERP Systems, Microsoft Office.
Excellent negotiation skills, knowledge of healthcare sector, contract management and competitive bidding.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and challenge the business with high energy.
Ability to take initiative and responsibility.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, open-minded.
Ability to undertake, justify and stand by difficult decisions.
Have a wide-detailed knowledge and 4 year experience about medical-chemical medication, consumables, products, devices, services and supplies,
Getting offer from suppliers, negotiating with them and establishing comparison tables (mathematical skills will be tested). Apply procedures to all kind of medical –chemical services and supplies.
Collecting a wide variety of quotations for each request and directing them to related departments for evaluation and ensuring the approval of purchase orders from management.
Managing supplier relationships, including supplier selection, setup supplier network, negotiation and management of contracts and monitoring compliance with contracts, agreements, terms and conditions.
Procurementing and preparing contracts for the medical, chemical items.
Following the delegated requests and perform the sourcing and negotiation for supply of the medical services and supplies.
Editing the price agreements on ERP system when it is necessary and asking approvals for revised agreements.
Keeping track of the whole process of the Projects by
maintaining accurate records of purchases and pricing.
Analysing, researching and reporting on market data, global influences and market moves that impact the business, assessing competition and seeking cost effective alternatives.
Ensure effective quality control and continuous improvement in all aspects
of the work and responsibilities attached to the post.
