GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for colleague to work as “Marketing Manager” at the headquarters of our company, which is a pioneer and leader in the field of packaging production with the COOK and ASTRA brands in the kitchen aid products category in the FMCG industry since 1984.

Job description

• To ensure brand strategy, corporate communication strategy, portfolio diversity, media and communication, management and execution of innovation strategy,
• To build the marketing team and department from scratch by defining it with business processes,
• To do the necessary work to develop and strengthen the brand image and to add value to the target audience,
• Developing and managing the company's marketing strategies by making profit-oriented, annual budget and business plans,
• To reveal and develop smart product and communication ideas with successful business results,
• To determine the KPIs of the marketing department and to ensure that it is managed in the most efficient way,
• Taking responsibility for the management and budget of all third business partners, including media, agencies, sponsorships,
• Developing media and communication strategies by following industry trends,
• Using digital communication effectively,
• Managing campaign and communication plans in coordination with domestic agencies in line with the category/product marketing strategy,
• Developing sales-enhancing projects in coordination with the Domestic Sales team

Required Qualifications

• Having at least 7 years of marketing experience in the FMGC sector, preferably a master's degree in marketing,
• Experienced in marketing and customer management of Traditional Channel, Modern Channel, E-Commerce and Export channels,
• Experienced in media planning and implementation, brand communication and digital intelligence, strategy development,
• Experienced in digital marketing
• Experienced and managed new product development processes,
• Being a role model for the entire organization, having strong communication skills and leading a culture of continuous improvement,
• Brand and category management,
• Experienced to  designe the business model; engaged in product and development activities,
• Having personal motivation and adopted a success-oriented working model,
• Analytical, result-oriented, with high problem-solving skills, able to adapt quickly to changing business conditions, flexible and dynamic,
• Fluent in English, proficient in MS Office programs,
• Have strong organizational, time and project management skills
• Residing or able to reside in Ankara
