We are looking for a 'International Logistics Specialist ' for our global corporate partner operating in the food industry.

Qualificiations:

• Bachelors degree preferably from related departments
• Minimum 2 years of  import & export operations experience,
• Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills,
• Strong attitude and ability to work in complex envoirement,
• Knowledge on legislations and regulations,
• Knowledge of customs clearance procedures,
• Advance level in English. Arabic, Portuguese, Chinese, Spanish would be a plus.

Job Description:

• Manage and prepare purchase and sales contracts, make sure that the shipments are executed in line with requirements.
• Execute import, export and transit operations of foreign trade in accordance with company procedures and legal legislations
• Be in touch with suppliers and customers directly and take the active role for logistics issues and documentations.
• Organize customs clearences with shipping agencies and with the customs brokers actively.
• Prepare export shipping and trade documents and work with Banks for CAD – L/C requirments and document presentations.
• Deliver scheduled reports to the management and be a key person in developing digital solutions and reports for logistics.
• Work in harmony with related operations.
• Control customs files, declarations, invoices and expenses and report regularly.
