JOB DESCRIPTION

• Management of store and platform goods receiving processes
• Controlling of the process of invoices sent by the goods suppliers to the company
• Ensuring control of counter invoices from goods suppliers and coordinating the accounting process
• Coordination with the Service Center : guiding the team there and following up the processes
• Ensuring that reconciliations with suppliers are made in a certain order and taking part in the invoice processes of goods suppliers
• Following the relationship between the team and the category management department
• Ensuring compliance of business processes with global processes
• Taking part in the robotic process of manual processes and to follow them

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from related departments of universities
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Strong relationship management and relationship skills 
• Minimum 5 years of related experienced and experience of managing a team
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Analytical thinking skills and being result oriented
• SAP FI knowledge
• Preferably have SMMM certificate, good command of tax legislation
• Managerial competence
