QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As one of the leading company which is in the manufacturing sector and one of the strongest name in the global arena, we are seeking "Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist" with the following qualifications: 

  • BS or BA degree in a related field from a reputable university

  • Preferably more than 2 years of experience especially in the following areas:

  • C&B experience with salary survey and grade knowledge

  • HAY job evaluation methodology and job family management

  • HR Planning&budgeting with cadres and future business plans

  • Recognition and reward systems

  • Expatriote/international assignment management

  • HR monitoring and reporting tools

  • HR infrastructure development

  • Experience in a global company in terms of being familiar with global standards and matrix organizational structure is an asset

  •  Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills and meticulous attention to detail

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English

  • Advanced use of excel for data analysis and reporting

  • No restrictions for international travel

  • No military obligation for male candidates

     

    İŞ TANIMI

     

  • Conducting job evaluation, reward management, HR planning and budgeting processes of departments at Headquarters

  • Developing and deploying global systems/processes/standards/ policies on HR processes including reward management, expatriate management, HR planning and budgeting, monitoring and reporting, HR IT/data management.

  • Taking active role in global projects such as job evaluation, grade and reward policy review, organizational restructuring

  • Conducting international assignments (salary calculation, offers, permits, reviews, repatriation etc.)

  • Deploying, monitoring and improving HR processes and systems internationally
