• Bachelor's degree,
• 2-3 years of experience in email / content or online performance marketing,
• Solid understanding of the key tenets of eCommerce,
• Strong decision-making ability,
• Previous knowledge of Google Analytics and content management skills. Certificates would be helpful but not required,
• Strong Excel skills - V-lookups, pivot tables needed managing data sets,
• Strong problem solving skills and comfort working cross functionally,
• Multi-tasker who can manage multiple work streams simultaneously,
• Fast learner of technical systems, data sources and processes,

İŞ TANIMI

• Work cross functionally with customer service, sales and category management on execution of eCommerce fundamentals,
• Plan and execute best in class management of new item setup process,
• Setup new products with focus on SEO optimized content - must be familiar with SEO/Google analytics/Content Management,
• Manage all content updates, including images, descriptions and advanced eCommerce content,
• Identify and implement pricing updates with the customer,
• Work with Sales leads to optimize product assortment,
• Adress and manage all customer requests,
• Support delivery of aggressive sales goals,
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies about the business. Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends,
• Monitoring and driving actively development of mobile application/website marketing performance,
