Experience&Knowledge

Minimum of 10 years in a Finance or Accounting role
Experience in an international manufacturing organization
Extensive cost accounting experience
Familiar to work with IFRS and US GAAP
Experience from an audit firm is a plus

Education

Bachelor Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
Postgraduate Degree is a plus
Certified Public Accounted is a plus

Languages

Fluent in English (both verbally and in writing).

Computer Skills

Good general computer skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience in working in ERP-systems

İŞ TANIMI

Is directly responsible for all processes and results of budgeting, accounting, finance, reporting, tax, internal controls and controlling.
 
Accounting / Reporting: Responsible for the accounting (e.g. general ledger accounts, fixed assets, stocks, accruals /provisions, etc.), oversight of accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash accounts, preparation of the monthly financials, preparation of VAT returns, preparation and review of account reconciliations.
 
Controlling:

• Provides local management with business information and financial analysis.
• Helps identify trends and areas of improvement.
• Supports local management in achieving the financial targets.
• Prepares the annual budget as well as quarterly forecasts.
• Identifies and explains deviations to budget and to prior periods.
