Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree, major in IT management or Computer technology or related

- Minimum 8 years of experience working on ERP projects, 5 years of team management experience is a must,

- Deep knowledge of the IT business and its strategy, operations, business processes, and IT systems,

- Lead IT team with responsibilities for local IT infrastructure, business application and communication systems,

- Deep knowledge of industry IT strategies and roadmaps,

- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills,

- Ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes,

- Prior experience working with stakeholders of various technical competencies to architect and execute cross-channel digital solutions aimed at meeting core business objectives.

- Must be fluent in English both speaking and writing

Job Description:

- Hands-on involvement within ERP projects, delivery management and governance of digital projects,

- Providing end-to-end support across the entire digital project management lifecycle,

- Act as a change agent in enhancing the organizational changes required to create and sustain the company’s digital capabilities, culture, and processes,

- Effectively engage with other technology organizations,

- Ensure an efficient and secure IT operation through establishing and maintaining an appropriate, secure environment,

- Quickly learn, internalize, and develop a strong understanding of key priorities and clients’ business, process, and system requirements and mandates and develop comprehensive and tactical digital solutions to address their needs.
