JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead EHS activities on site with the support of the local EHS team,
• Collaborate with and support other functions to promote and improve EHS in day to day activities,
• Ensure working conditions meet appropriate EHS standards
• With the collaboration of executive business, monitor adherence to work safety standards and procedures and monitor remediation to identified deviation within the production unit
• Ensure the management of the necessary EHS documentation for external agencies, firms, government bodies, etc…
• Ensure danger identification (chemical, physical, biological, psyco-social) and risk assessment
• Ensure individualization of measures for safety and health of work environments accordingly with local enforcement laws
• Receive corporate guidelines and promote editing and update of operative local working instructions and local procedures applied in working areas.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related departments,
• Min 3 years of experience as EHS team leader role,
• Team work and team leadership when working in both internal and external teams, project and virtual teams,
• Liaising with others both within and outside the institution, participating in formal networks and initiating and leading internal/external networks,
• Communication through written, electronic or visual means and oral communication, in both informal and formal situations,
• Fluency in English is a must
• Residency in Manisa or İzmir.
