Process Development Engineer / Laser Welding

Increase of company internal process know how in Laser Welding processes,
Involve and guide process development Industrialization activities for new products,
Support Core Competence management in the plant in terms of Laser Welding,
Activity management for quality improvement, cost reduction, process development in relation with laser welding process technologies,
Know-How and competence development in the field of production,
Understanding for critical processes, evaluation of machine capabilities, analysis with the required q-check methods,
Performing and Supporting I4.0 Projects, (e.g. Traceability, Preventive Q, etc.)
Tracking the trends in Laser welding processes and perform necessary actions in the responsible areas.

University Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering,
Experience in flow and tightness testing of fuel injection sytems,
Hydraulic flow measurement optical, tactile and electrical measurements correlating hydraulic measurements or presenting product
function,
Tightness measurements hydr with air, with tracer gas, (e.g.:He)
Knowledge at electrical testing / signal processing is an asset,
Knowledge in coding is an asset, (Matlab, Phyton, …)
More than 3 years of technical experience in Automotive sector in the field of testing,
Flexibile, dynamic and ability to work closely with different production departments for multiple products/processes,
Willingness to take responsibility,
Systematical work and eager to learn,
Strong analytical and technical skills with respect to problem solving,
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction,
Ability to negotiate convince others, cooperatively working within cross-functional teams,
Being able to manage complexity,
Flexible for travelling internationally,
Advanced Turkish and English knowledge. (German is asset)
