 We are looking for a full-time Account Assistant who meets the following qualifications: 

 Main responsibilities 

•  Being the contact person of the customer for day to day business 
•  Execution of order follow up and informing customer about order status
•  Follow up of reception of customer scheduling 
•  Monitor of scheduling fluctuation and delivery performance, administration of delivery statistics 
•  Ensure the proper administration of agreements with customers 
• Follow up of payments, credit notes/debit notes 
•  Provide support and prompt treatment of customers' enquiries/requests 
•  Register contracts and customer claims 
•  Check accuracy of pricing/invoicing 
•  Knowledge of Incoterms and Letter of Credit 

 Requirements: 

•  Education/ Qualification: Bachelor Degree (technical, economics or equivalent)
•  Languages: native Turkish, communicative English, preferably French 
•  Good MS Office knowledge 
•  SAP knowledge
•  No travel restriction
•  Preferable some experience with customer service and steel business
•  Preferable some steel products knowledge
