Accounting and Finance Team Leader

We are looking for a team leader for Finance and Accounting Department for the company which operates in Bursa.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor Degree from Economy, Business Managment or similar area.
• At least 10 years of experience in a Financial Departmens, 5 years of which have to be working as a manager.
• Knowledge on cash flows and budget both theoretically and practically.
• Proficieny in English.
• Ability to analysis at high level.
• Skill to manage and coordinate  and having a keen eye for team working.
• Knowledge on IFRS
• Be capable of making budget transactions and financial statement analysis.
• No military obligations for male candidates.
• Good command on Office Programs such as word, excell etc.
• Reside or be avaliable on residing in Bursa.
• Having a CPA (SMMM) Licence is preferable.

Job Description;

• Reporting, informing and discussing whole kind of financial matters to foreign partner of the company.
• Preparing cash flow statements, P&L and making planning of fiscal sources and budget transactions.
• Creating whole kind of financial statement and reports.
• Advising on financial issues to the top managements.
• Have a talk with both local and international financial institutions.
• Coordinate cash flows, and control account payables & account receivables.
• Follow up tax and financial regulations and take necessary actions related the matter which is particular concern to the company.
• Ensure that the accounting entries are posted in compliance with local rules.
• Coordinate Accountig and Finance Departments.
• Creating necessary infrascructure for VAT refund process.
• Control the basic necessities of the comapny such as electricty, gas etc.
• Follow up bank loans and financial risks.
