Qualifications

·         BS or MS degree in industrial engineering

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational company

·         Fluent English

·         Proficient in SAP, APO, MS Office

JOB DEFINITION

·         Demand forecasting; ensure that KAMs enter the forecast in APO and validate on time

·         Check production and capacity for short, mid and long term in SAP, check and revise the short term plans by combining the data provided by sales, forecast  and deadline

·         Ensure that our products reach our customers on time, at the right quantity and in perfect condition

·         Collaborate with group product managers during new article creation (ACP)

·         Ensure that finished goods are delivered on time by measuring “Service Level“

·         Handle all analysis related to planning and make required improvements accordingly

·         Work on projects in the area of supply chain management

·         High degree of collaboration required with several functions, all located in different places (Sales, Group SC, Product Management)

·         Complex production and distribution network set-up, need to work with multiple plant and customer service teams

·         Manage forecasts while using the proper analysis and tools

·         Support  to improve results on KPI’s (Service, Inventory, Costs)

·         Continuously improve forecasting  techniques, methods, and approach

·         Check supply feasibility to reflect constraint demand in closed planning horizon

·         Correction of sales forecast on a weekly basis (including new products introduction, phase-in/phase out, promo

·         Weekly track plan (forecast) - fact.  Prepare reporting for KAMs. Flag issues and report to KAMs

·         Monthly comparison of APO data.  APO month to month, APO to agreed local S&OP version,  APO to sales outlook, new codes
