Engineering Manager

We are looking for an “Engineering Manager” for our business which is a leading company that manufactures and develops visual communication products for global market.

Requirements

·         B.S. in Architectural/Engineering (Preferably Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Forest Industry)

·          Min. 10 years experienced in furniture, flat steel manufacturing and decoration products industry

·          Min. 5 years of managerial experience

·         Very good command of English, able to communicate with foreign customers (German as a second language is preferred)

·         Proficient in Ms Office Programs (Ms Axapta knowledge is preffered)

·         Able to use Solidworks and AutoCAD programs

·         No restriction for travelling

·         Act as a leader, problem-solver and being result-oriented

·         Completed Military Service (for male candidates)

·         Preferably residing in Kocaeli or Asian side of Istanbul

   Job Description

·         Leading and improving Engineering Team, Engineering and Documentation Processes and relevant Continuous Improvement Projects.

·         Working in coordination with Planning, Production and Project Management Teams to ensure that incoming orders are transferred to production whole and complete, timely manner.

·         Making necessary preparations before production by coordinating the detail and sample processes of the products to be transferred to production with the relevant departments.

·         Reporting Engineering Datas’ and Improvements to the Senior Management.

·         Performing improvement activities in coordination with project management for corporate customers.

Managing the creation of the code structure in accordance with the ERP system during the preparation of the projects for production.
