Activities Carried Out

Manage accounting of companies in line with the local statutory

Manage tax declarations for all companies under his/her responsibiity

Control accounts statements (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

Manage period-end closings & year-end closing for statutory

Assume relationships with local consultants / auditors / third parties.

Coordination with auditors on regular audits (tax, annual, independent…)

Be the local correspondent for bank relationships under authority of Treasury Director & International Financial Manager

Follow-up and validate the daily cash management

Credit management: ensure credit process are set up and follow credit control.

Exchange consolidated data, incorporated and reporting .

Manage period-end closings & year-end closing in line with the Group rules, and in coordination with cost control

Apply the Group Time table for Closing & Reporting

Close collaboration with Group legal department, Group Treasury department & international financial division

Manage treasury actual/forecast/budget

Ensure the realisation of monthly turnover report, reporting, performance analyses, and cashflow reports.

Set up the framework of annual Reforecast and Budget, coordinate this process and finalise the Reforecast & budget reporting.

Ensure integrity of data and reliability of all reportings provided to managers, Board of Directors and Group.

Required skills related to position

Theoretical knowledges acquired by a University degree in economics and administrative sciences,

Local CPA Degree and Certification (SMMM)

Budget analysing, controlling, being able to be analytic

Proficiency in English is required. 

Knowledge on Taxes & Accounting & Monetary Markets

Experience in industrial environment

Use of Microsoft office

Knowledge of SAP, and specifically on production module (cost calculation, etc)
