FINANCIAL CONTROL MANAGER

FINANCIAL CONTROL MANAGER to be evaluated within the body of our company, which continues its activities successfully in about 30 sectors, especially in Marine Logistics .

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 

Graduated from Relevant Departments of Formal Universities,

At least 10 years of experience in the field, at least 5 years of managerial experience

Holding and/or large-scale company experience, (preferably experienced in different sectors and/or preferably big4 experience)

Actively working in all budget processes from forecasting to realization

Have management reporting experience

Having experience in independent audit / internal control / internal audit / financial control,

Experience with International Financial Reporting Standards

Strong accounting, financial statement, financial analysis skills

Having good command of office programs, especially having advanced knowledge of Excel, having worked actively on excel in past experiences

Analytical thinking, paying attention to details

Being strong in communication, being follower and result oriented

Has work discipline, can work under stress, is open to change management and can apply it, has a risk perception

Experienced in team building and management

Having experience in ERP implementation , able to adapt to different ERP systems (important)

Will be able to understand the relevant legal regulations, analyze their effects and trigger the relevant mechanisms within the Holding and/or companies.

Analytical, solution oriented, strong communication skills

Good command of English ,

 JOB DESCRIPTION

At least 10 years of experience in the field, at least 5 years of managerial experience

Holding and/or large-scale company experience, (preferably experienced in different sectors and/or preferably big4 experience)

Having experience in independent audit / internal control / internal audit / financial control / budget,

Actively working in all budget processes from forecasting to realization

To have management reporting experience, to have the competence to edit and read management reports

Ability to analyze all senior management reports with data flows & related process and department connections over ERP, manage the process and present the reporting to the senior management (operationally and managerially)

Experience in Turkish GAAP and IFRS

Can establish self-control systems with the notion of financial control, audit, budget

Experienced in consolidation and have knowledge of consolidation logic

Knowledgeable and preferably experienced in investment feasibility at a level to be able to make analyzes and reports supporting the investment committee

To have budgeting and reporting competencies related to investment finance and expected profits and losses of investments, to support investment projects when necessary

Experienced in managing a team

Building all financial control systems on the ERP system that will reduce process risks

To build all financial control systems on actual processes that will reduce process risks, to be able to communicate and negotiate with the necessary departments for this

Knowledgeable at a level to analyze the process-based relations of financial/financial processes with other departments/functions (such as controlling plots on purchasing processes, cost controlling, controlling plots on sales processes, etc.)

Experience in setting up and operating a financial control system

Managing relations with external auditors, providing data to internal audit when necessary

Experienced in ERP systems, having knowledge of multiple ERP programs, preferably having ERP implementation experience, able to analyze and control data through the system

Analyzing all relevant reports in ERP, creating reports in ERP when necessary, having ERP competence at a level to analyze data flows

Will be able to understand the relevant legal regulations, analyze their effects and trigger the relevant mechanisms within the Holding and/or companies.

Good command of English
