QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Act as an Operations Coordinator, making sure collected data is correct and validated.
Interact with other teams making sure requests are prioritized.
Managing the field force daily and making sure correct data is collected.
Provide local insights, supporting the design of a local strategy and maintaining the health of the most important partner relationships.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Communicating with internal teams and external companies to achieve project goals.
* Reporting project status and results to managers.
* Validate quality of new and updated data.
* Make necessary edits for all data types.
* Field escalations of complex data issues.
* BA in computer science
* Good communication skills required for internal and external communications
* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
* Problem-solving and analysis skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Ability to travel for brief periods (<1 week)
* Good technical writing capabilities for reports and drafting data modeling
