We are searching for a self-motivated individual who will be working as “PLM Expert” in our firm on automotive sector with the desired skills and qualifications mentioned below. Main focuses of the occupation will be managing, developing and driving PLM and all of the engineering applications with technical/methodological solutions to all of Company’s internal departments.

• Bachelor’s degree from engineering or related departments,
• English is mandatory,
  
• A technical mindset and analytical approach,
  
• To be able to define and explain the solution thoroughly with strong communication skills even when it’s comprehensive and complex,
  
• Excellent documentation skills,
  
• Self-learning, risk taking, empathy, kindness and patience are qualitative features of the occupation,
  
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking skills with meticulous nature,
  
• Solution-oriented and eagerness to learn,
  
• PLM, CAD modelling and software development experience is a plus,
  
• Knowledge of computer systems architecture is a plus,
  
• Residency in Izmir,
  
• Completed military service for male candidates.
  

Job Description:

• Being part of Engineering IT team on designing, building and implementing system solutions for PLM with full administrator authorities,
• Responsible for taking part in administrating engineering software systems such as 2D/3D modelling, analysis and simulation, task and knowledge management, numerical analysis, electrical schematic/harness, code deployment, etc.
• Architecting the software solutions to be in compliance with the product development processes and continuously improving,
• Solution consultancy to configuration, design and other related departments,
• IT administration on related system servers for purposes including maintenance, sustainability, code deployment, installations and upgrades,
• Troubleshooting and end-user support inside the company,
• Preparing technical and methodological documentations thoroughly in order to provide the sustainability of Engineering IT software environments,
• Organizing lectures, workshops and trainings within the company.
