Process Quality Engineer

Responsibilities;

• Managing production quality control process,

• Preparing and revising quality control standards and/or documents,

• Supporting/Leading PPAP, APQP,8D, SPC and Control Plan preparation activities,

• Ensure that the products meet quality requirements,

• To be responsible for the complete and accurate conduct of measurement controls,

• Leadership of process quality team,

• Taking an active role in the solution of quality problems in production and delivering them to the solution,

• Managing the necessary works to fulfill the requirements of the quality wall,

• Managing the Lessons Learned system.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering,

• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA,

• Knowledge of Quality System Managment ( 9001, IATF, VDA),

• 3+ years of experience in similar role,

• Excellent command of written and spoken English (Knowing German is a plus),

• Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,

• Highly self-motivated, energetic, and result oriented,

• Knowing the special requests of German customers is a plus,

• Having a valid driving license and active driver,

• No resctriciton for travel,

• No military obligation for male candidates.
