Our family is looking for an ambitious HR Executive !

What the role entails ( Responsibilities):

?

  • Develop strong relationships with employees and become someone who is sought for advice and counsel on HR, cultural, and organizational issues
  • Support, coach and build trustful relationships with leaders, employees and stakeholders ensuring that the business is well supported across the HR field.
  • Support employees adopt the corporate goals and values, ethical principles, and leadership competencies,
  • Drives diversity, equity and inclusion within the organization, personally and programmatically,
  • Provides the management and coordination of Human Resources related functions in line with Selen's strategic goals and priorities
  • Carries out the activities of determining Training & Development,
  • Ensures that the company mission, vision, culture and values are implemented within the company and that the administrative decisions are made in line with the values,
  • Responsible for development, execution, and management of internal communications programs that strengthen employee engagement and ensure alignment with global business goals,
  • Create and develop strategies and roadmaps for strategic programs across the HR function,
  • Being responsible for all HR activities and operations,
  • Manage and support the design and rollout of new HR programs, projects, policies, and approaches,
  • Lead the annual salary review process to ensure relevant market benchmarking and internal consistency,
  • Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required
  • Ensure the efficient administration of all HR systems from onboarding to departure, including personnel affairs, health & safety processes.


Who we are looking for ? ( Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications)


  • Having bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering or other related fields,
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, managing different functions (staffing, safety, communications, performance, competency etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to adapt to changing environments,
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company,
  • Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
  • An open, positive and communicative personality,
  • Empathetic and engaging individual, who listens well, is responsive, solutions focused and results oriented.
