Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful and fast growing fragrance company.

As a Human Resources Business Partner your role is to support all HR activies ensuring employee engagement.

 MAIN TASKS :

• Assist all HR activities and operations, (recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management), working closely with HR Manager
• Work on HR Projects and policies implementation,
• Execute recruitment process,
• Define measures for success and assess the effectiveness of all employer branding activities on candidate attraction and employee retention,
• Lead & support Employee Engagement strategies and programs,
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation program for new comers to ensure new comer adaptation & engagement,
• Plan and execute all internal engagement activities and events,
• Assist the implementation and execution of training initiatives across the organization

FORMATION / EDUCATION LEVEL: 

• Bachelors or Masters degree of relevant universities
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong problem solving skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office
