QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
For Seluz Fragrance & Flavors Company in Selimpaşa which is the export leader of Turkey in the Fragrance Category , we are looking for "Human Resources and Internal Communication Manager" with the following qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities,
Advanced use of MS Office programs,
Minumum 10 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in production companies,
Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management, employee satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and coaching skills,
Flexible communication style to interact with employees at all levels in order to resolve complex issues,
Self-motivated and initiative taker,
Ability to drive continuous improvement,
Strategic and analytical thinker.
Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul,
To perform recruitment, career planning and backup processes,
To conduct training needs analysis, to create annual training plans,
To manage the performance evaluation processes,
To Establish business culture, policies and procedures and revise them according to business needs,
To realize internal communication processes and implement projects that support employee motivation,
To manage compensation and benefits processes,
To ensure the conduct of work related to occupational health and safety, to manage and control the payroll and employee processes, to follow E-declaration, Ministry of Labor and necessary legal regulations,
To manage internal disciplinary processes.
