Seluz Fragrance & Flavor Company who is one of the leading companies in Türkiye is looking for an "Analyst & GC MS Specialist" with the following qualifications:

Job Description

• Completion of GC & MS analyzes, reporting of reports to aromaticians
• Preliminary preparation processes such as extraction, filtration, dilution if necessary
• Analytical analyzes such as KF water determination, density, refractive index, flash point requested by the aroma department
• Working in compliance with safety and hygiene rules in the laboratory
• Completing the assigned projects within the given time
• Method development, device and laboratory equipment maintenance
• To ensure that all documents related to its own section or to which it is cited by giving publication information are reviewed in a specified period.
• Acting in accordance with the requirements and responsibilities of KVKK processes,
• Makes suggestions to the manager for continuous improvement regarding the activities it carries out.
• Fulfills all kinds of duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager/Management.
• It aims to work in accordance with the trainings / orientations it has received regarding Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management, Food Safety Management / GMP and the policies, procedures, instructions and rules published in relation to its duty, and to work continuously in the direction of doing better in order to achieve the determined department targets. 

General Requirements

• Graduated from Chemistry/Food and Chemical/Food Engineering departments of universities,
• Fluent in English
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs effectively,
• At least 2 years of experience and GCMS device knowledge,
• Experienced in product analysis,
• Result oriented and follower,
• Successful in human relations and communication skills,
• Able to work in a planned manner, with high follow-up, open to innovations and positive,
• Inclined to team work,
• For male candidates who have completed their military service,
• Residing in the European side of Istanbul, preferably in the districts of Küçükçekmece, Avcılar, Beylikdüzü, Silivri
