If you say “these expectations describe me exactly”;

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable University, Master’s degree in law is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience in a company or reputable law firm, experienced in compliance (Company experience is preferred)
• Specializing in Personal Data Protection Legislation, Competition Law, AML Legislations; industry experienceEnergetic and dynamic personality
• Excellent communication skills, self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently and work well in groups
• Excellent level of both written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS office programs
• No restrictions for travel

If you say “I have it happily” for these responsibilities;

• Ensuring Sendeo remain up-to-date on all regulatory and licensing requirements in accordance with company, group, and domestic regulations, or global standards where applicable
• Implementation and enforcement of ethics and compliance policies for Sendeo in line with company strategies, ensuring coordination within the company
• Developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures to keep company’s products, processes, and physical sites operating in a legal and ethical manner
• Execution and following-up of Personal Data Protection Law projects in accordance with Sendeo's strategies, ensuring coordination with business units
• Execution of all competition law processes of SendeoExecution of all MASAK, BTK and UAB (Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure) requirements of Sendeo
• Supporting other business units on the preparation of company policies in accordance with the relevant legislation and Sendeo procedures
• Working in coordination with the compliance units of Koç Group of Companies and Aygaz on compliance issues
• Conducting internal and external communication, reporting, investigation/examination, audit processes with regulatory institutions and ensuring coordination with in the companyIdentifying nonconformities with current regulations, reporting them regularly to senior management and ensuring that necessary actions are taken
• Providing business units with consultancy on ethics and compliance issues
• Reviewing and drafting legal documents, company contracts on particular in relation to compliance matters
• Supporting all other legal affairs within the scope of Legal & Compliance department
• Communicating and directing communication with outsource consultants on compliance matters
• Following current legislations and changes in the legislation regarding the company's field of activity and informing the relevant business units
