QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for a Field Support Engineer for one of the worldwide international airlines which has two offices in İstanbul. Engineer who will service for this airways’ employees needs to have the following skill sets;
  • Relevant educational background related to IT fields,
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience at troubleshooting for end-user devices,
  • Experienced in configuration and troubleshooting of microsoft office products,
  • Experienced in giving hardware and software support for End-users devices such as Laptops, Desktops, Thin-Thick Clients, Blackberry & Iphone and desk phones,
  • Having Lev I understanding of Network and Server devices,
  • Strong problem solving skills and result oriented,
  • Being a self-starter and having excellent communication skills,
  • Having excellent command of English,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


İŞ TANIMI

The Engineer will be tasked with;
  • Meeting and analyzing the user problems and demands assigned to him/her,
  • Providing feedbacks to the users about their problems,
  • Coordinating and providing hands and eyes for Network and Server team troubleshooting,
  • Giving on-site and remote support to the users for related laptops and cell-phones.
English knowledge of candidates will be tested.

More than 2 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
Class B
