We are looking for a Call Center & Online Sales Agent who must possess;

• At least one year experience in the field.
• Fluent level of English language and Russian language are required to carry out the work and follow any developments related to the job.
• Advanced skills in various computer software and Fidelio knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, cooperate and relate well with all departments within the hotel, guests, and all external companies.
• Team player qualities.
• Effective management of time and ability to work under high pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Self-motivated

Job Description ;

• To Execute all varieties of direct bookings.
• To Register direct sale reservations in hotel program.
• Replying all mails regarding with direct bookings.
• Replying all calls regarding with direct sales,
• To Execute the sale of car- and air transfer, including organizing them.
• To Identify guests’ reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
• Following sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Handling all special requests appropriately.
