Job Description & Responsibilities:

To prepare Sensum Spa programs and to provide the necessary information flow to all

departments in this regard,

To ensure that Sensum Spa complies with service standards,

To prepare purchasing lists for the materials needed in the department and to follow up the materials,

To apply the necessary management techniques for the team to work in a disciplined and orderly manner,

To provide the necessary training for the team, to inform in accordance with the standard and quality level,

Managing spa team members and beauty therapists to ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and ongoing development,

To ensure quality and conformity control of materials and tools used,

Reporting the processes related to the department to Business Development Director,

Requirements:

Graduated from related departments of universities,

To have legal certificates related to the profession,

Having at least 7 years of experience in businesses providing services in the concept of luxury,

Good command of Turkish, English or Russian language,

Have team management experience,

Managed spa complex in hotels,

Having detailed information about spa products and services

Ability to meet financial targets,

Strong communication skills and human relations,

Able to work with a focus on guest satisfaction,

Strong organizational and follow-up skills,

Presentable, dynamic, proactive,
