Job Description & Responsibilities:

As a Villa Butler, your main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start till end of their holiday journey. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. Villa Butler (Villa Joy Advisor) respond to a wide variety of guests requests by accurately assessing the guests needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Lujo policies. They handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Guest Relations or/and Front Desk Operations with good communication skills,

Speaking, writing, reading English and Russian,

Positive attitude and willing to learn is must,

Ability to give room service or willing to learn,

Ability to work with a flexible schedule, all shifts, weekends and holidays,

Candidates 20-30 years of age,
