E-Com Project Manager

• Manage e-commerce operations and make sustainable development plans
  
• Taking corrective actions from an operations point of view in case needed
  
• Creating effective solutions to operational problems
  
• Providing any reports that management needs, including KPI reports etc..
  
• Prepare and follow up monthly forecasts continuosly
  
• Motivate, inspire and encourage the field team to achieve business results and customer satisfaction
  
• Coordinate field team to execute planned actions in line with the strategic plans, decide on priorities
  
• Taking part in process development studies
  

• Leading a team end being a good team player

JOB Requirements 

• Min. Bechelor's degree in Industrial engineering, Management engineering
  
• Min. 5 years of experience in the logistics processes; preferably in e-commerce&warehouse management
  

• Strong interpersonel and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Advanced knowladge of English both written and verbal

• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Experience in field force management

• Very good knowladge of MS Office
  

• Customer and solution-oriented
  

• Preferably Living in the Europian Side Of İstanbul
