• Technical Qualifications

• General knowledge of information technologies
• Knowledge/experience with SQL is a plus

• General Qualifications

• University degree in science and engineering field
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Turkish & English
• Experience in business analysis is a plus
• Driver’s license (class B)
• For male candidates, no outstanding military obligations (completed, exempt or postponed)

İŞ TANIMI

The Product Owner & Business Analyst will be responsible for; 

• Learning the details of Sestek products
• Designing interfaces for new modules and new functions and creating business analysis reports
• Promoting products and providing product training
• Following up on project processes
• Assisting with high-severity requests or issue escalations, as needed
• Reporting on product-based demands of customers
• Developing strong relationships with customers and development teams
• Maintaining relationships with key customers to increase customer commitment
