About the Job

• Administration of outbound call system of Sestek
• Preparing IVR application within the scope of operations of outbound call projects
• Provide support for the outbound call project
• Running regular reports, maintenance, monitoring and health check procedures
• Conducting developments of IVR applications and web service project
• Design and implement MS Dynamics CRM solutions to be fully compliant with business processes

General Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Education and Instructional Technology or related area
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good team worker and willing to take responsibility
• Having good analytical skills and patient
• Willing to search, learn and use new technologies
• Military service must be completed or postponed for at least two years for male candidates

Technical Requirements

• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, MYSQL database
• Experience in developing with SQL/TQSL
• Good knowledge of network
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint
• Basic knowledge of .Net technologies is a plus
• Understanding of IVR, SIP, VOIP and voice technologies is preferred.
