We are looking for“Sales Operations Specialist” for our plant located at Torbalı.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in faculty of economics administrative sciences
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar process and position, sales support or logistics
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Advanced MS Office knowledge is a must(especially Excel)
• Preferably experience of using SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving problems
• Being open to learn and strong time management
• No military obligation for male candidates 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage all order and related sales processes
• Follow up entirely the operation procedures
• Monitoring stock, Sell in, Sell out status weekly basis and shared with related departments,
• Collaborates with accounting department to resolve outstanding issues and client credit availability, taking into consideration existing orders and deliveries
• Collaborate with internal departments and external logistics service providers to ensure shipment and delivery of shipment documents
• Monitors and checks delivery of orders, provides status updates and confirm delivery schedules,
• Monitors order fulfilment process inclusive delivery and analyses and helps to solves logistics issues
