GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to take part in a Large-Scale Investment Project to be carried out by one of our customers in accordance with the job description below. Having at least 8 years of experience in large-scale food factories (milk, juice, etc.) is preferred.

Position Purpose: This position is a team member of Engineering team and main purpose is being responsible for base/non-base CAPEX projects engineering and execution activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Design & Preperation

·       Leading electrical & instrumentation aspects of the project, from engineering to start-ups, in cooperation with other technical departments

·       Participates in basic and detailed Engineering activities as a team member

·       Lead and accountable for all key design documents such as system architecture layout, functional design specification and software design specification etc.

·       Design IO systems, cabinets, cabling systems

·       Selection of electrical parts according to the project scope

·       To have knowledge of process control equipment, HV and LV electrical equipment

·       Prepares or directs the preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, implementation schedules and designs for the project

·       Analyzes reports, maps, and drawings, blueprints to plan and design project

·       Uses computer-aided engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents

Project Planning & Execution

·       Coordinates the pricing, estimating, and scoping of the design & construction of the E&I aspects of the project

·       Lead the execution of the E&I aspects of the project and manage the authorized budget, schedule, and deliver the project according to scope and quality

·       Leads and accountable for E&I construction activities by coordination of contractors

·       Coordinate mechanical contractor for installation of field Instruments

·       Support the project procurement team by the specification and Best practice information of -material, -service and -labor. Active participation in final negotiations with selected third parties.

·       Support at start-ups in cooperation with other technical departments by considering all relevant Company rules and local regulation
