We are looking for a Purchasing Manager.

As Purchasing Manager, we rely on you to

• Act as the administrator of the purchasing system
  
• Collect, consolidate, review and analyze data of operations
• Monitor and track implementation of local / corporate purchasing contracts at hotels
  
• Co-ordinate meetings with suppliers as required
  
• Proven track record of data analysis and presentation
  
• Be actively involved in procurement process and managing the purchasing process
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in performing purchasing functions for a large company preferably a hotel
  
  

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong leadership skills
• Good negotiator, effective communication skills, confident and team player
• Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office programs
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Organized & neat
• Motivator, self starter and detail-minded
• Is a critical thinker and a problem solver
• Able to communicate priorities, drives business results and multi-task
