We are looking for a Stewarding Supervisor.

As Stewarding Supervisor, we rely on you to

• Maintain high quality hygiene standards
  
• Motivate and maintais a high level of team spirit/team cohesiveness
  
• Handle guest complaints effectively and efficiently
  
• Consistently look to increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest and Owners perspective
  
• Support the daily operation in collaboration with the Service Manager. Working on such things as inventory, weekly schedule etc.

We are looking for someone who;

• Believes in teamwork 
• Has basic computer skills as well as a good understanding of finance and management 
  
• Preferably has either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
  
• A self-starter and a team builder
