QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for Human Resources Specialist to join its Human Resources Department.   


QUALIFICATIONS      

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience,
  • Experience in project management,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Experience working within a compensation and benefits department, analysing numeric data and providing robust output for the business,
  • Strong technology skills and MS Excel expertise are required,
  • Highly numerate, excellent attention to detail and strong data analysis skills,
  • Experience of project related work, ideally in a team leader capacity,
  • Highly effective organization, planning and time management skills,
  • Military service completed for male candidate.


JOB DESCRIPTION 

We’re looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, reporting to Organizational Development (OD) Manager, the incumbent will assist with the development and execution of leadership and staff development programs and OD initiatives. He/she will have solid experience in the Organizational Development fields and proven project management skills. He/she will have strong consultation skills with an ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.

  • Reporting to OD Manager,
  • Establishing a KPI based performance management system,
  • Establisihng a talent management system,
  • Developing the HRIS system,
  • Preparing HR department budget,
  • Updating job descriptions,
  • Creating job profiles,
  • Preparing & developing HR documentations (processes and policies through procedures),
  • Own, plan and deliver defined projects within the Organisational Development team,
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of standard and customized HR (including all HR functions) reports for the Business,
  • Supporting Compensation & Benefits functions such as Annual Sales Review, promotions, incentives etc.

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
