Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for IT Specialist/Business Analystto join its IT Department. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, MIS, 
  
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in related fields, 
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, 
  
• Experience in ERP, CRM, BI or E-com applications and implementation projects, 
  
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, experience at business process and requirement analysis, 
  
• Strong communication/negotiation/presentation skills at all levels of the Business, IT hierarchy and 3rd party service providers, 
  
• Ability to analyze problems or business needs and lead solution delivery working with Global IT or local suppliers, 
  
• Basic level knowledge of SQL/PLSQL/.Net is an asset, 
  
• Vendor management experience is an asset, 
  
• Result oriented and good listener.
  
• No military service obligation
  

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Gather and define business requirements or system improvement opportunities,
  
• Understand application architectural structure, its alignment to business processes and application landscape and its relation & fit to other connected application/infrastructure portfolios, 
  
• Responsible for running statistical, systematical or conceptual analysis to decide on best solution, 
  
• Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building with project all stakeholders and suppliers, 
  
• Provide end user training, IT support for technical and user problems if necessary, during project implementation and stabilization period, 
  
• Link technical solutions with business strategy when working with business partners, Lead implementation of enhancement or change requests working closely with global IT and/or local partners, when necessary, 
  
• Manage vendor contracts and invoices.
