Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for Human Resources Supervisor to join its HR Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Establishing & monitoring all KPI’s for performance management system,

·         Developing the HRIS system,

·         Preparing/following up HR department budget,

·         Ensures to review organisational needs, changes, job descriptions, organisation charts,

·         Preparing & developing HR documentations, (processes, policies & guidelines)

·         Own, plan and deliver defined projects within the Organisational Development team,

·         Ensure timely and accurate production of standard and customised HR (including all HR functions) reports for the Business,

·         Supporting Compensation & Benefits functions such as Annual Sales Review, promotions, incentives etc.

·         Preparing & updating the organizational structure & headcount planning in liason with Department Heads,

·         Builds strong leadership relationships ensuring the HR agenda is aligned with Retail priorities,

·         Provides coaching to management and leaders to enable high performing teams,

·         Works closely with both sides to build a strong relations and communication between stores and business units,

·         Reviews and benchmarks the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives to enhance overall business performance and stay informed on relevant HR business practices,

·         Understands the business, build relationships with client groups and work with fellow business leaders to help them build a successful organisation,

·         Executes management of internal communications / employee engagement programs,

·         Supports and delivers people development, performance management and succession planning strategies to build employees’ skills, knowledge and competency to deliver future organizational capability. 

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor degree preferably in  engineering,

·         Acting as a business partner,

·         Requires in depth knowledge and experience of all HR matters with minimum 5 years experiences and preferably exeperience in system set-up and being apart of a different HR projects,

·         Experience in leading OD & Comp. & Ben. projects, analysing numeric data and providing robust output for the business,

·         Advance command of written and spoken English,

·         Highly numerate, detail oriented and strong data analysis skills,

·         Highly effective organization, planning and time management skills,

·         Military service completed for male candidate.

·         No restrictions for travel.
